  1. After I subscribe, when will I receive my first copy?                                                                                                                FAQ Digital
    • A customer who resides within the US will receive the first issue of the subscription 4-6 weeks after the order date. Canadian customers will receive the first issue within 5-7 weeks. An international customers will receive the first issue of the subscription 6-8 weeks after the magazine’s ship date.
  2. When do the issues come out?
    • It depends on how frequently the magazine is published. EEM offers monthlies, magazines that are published 9 or 10 times per year, bi-monthlies (every 2 months) and quarterlies (every 3 months).
  3. How long does it take the mail to to get my issues to me?
    • Because EEM ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class, it ideally takes 5 to 10 business days from the magazine’s ship date for you to receive it. However, when a subscriber resides outside of the US, it can take almost a month for the magazine issue to reach him/her in some instances.
  4. Why does it take so long for delivery?
    • This is to give ample time for magazine production and preparation for delivery, which includes the proper labeling that ensures each issue is sent to its correct subscriber. After the magazine is labeled, it is grouped according to zip codes, then forwarded to USPS. USPS delivers it to designated postal offices for distribution to subscribers in their area of jurisdiction.
  5. How do I know if my subscription is still active?
    • If you have an active subscription, you are assured regular receipt of the magazine when it is published. In any case of non-receipt, please call the customer service hotline – xxx-xxx-xxxx in order to check subscription status.
  6. 5. Can I cancel my subscription?
    • Yes, you can cancel your subscription. However, for paid subscriptions, only the remaining liability is refunded.
  7. How do I know when it's time to renew my subscription?
    • Renewal notices are sent to subscribers months prior to the subscription’s expiration. The mailing label on each issue indicates the subscription’s expiration date. It is recommended that subscribers renew their subscriptions three months prior to expiration.
  8. Can I convert my print subscription to a digital subscription?
    • In some cases, for publications we offer in electronic formats.
  9. When can I expect a refund if I cancel my subscription?
    • When you request to cancel your subscription, a request for refund processing is is sent to our Accounting Department. Accounting will notify the Customer Service team of the status of the request. Refund checks are received by subscribers 30-60 days from the date the check was written.

  11. How do I contact subscription customer service?
  12. I am not based in US. Can I order a subscription?
    • Yes, indeed you can. However, International rates will apply exclusive of shipping fees. Appropriate postage fees per title will be applied on top of the Subscription rate.
  13. Can I pay in a currency other than US$?
    • Yes, as long as the amount is equivalent to that of the US currency price.
  14. How do you acknowledge receipt of my order?
    • For Online Orders,  a confirmation email indicating the order ID will be sent to subscribers.
    • For Phone Orders, the Customer Service team will provide the subscriber with the customer number and order number as confirmation at the time of the call. Upon the subscriber’s request, such information can also be sent to an email account or to a fax number.
    • For Inserts sent, we recommend that subscribers contact customer service 2 to 3 weeks after sending a check to ensure our offices received it and that your order is in processing. You may also opt to wait for either your first issue or the bill, whichever comes first.
  15. Can I order more than one subscription?
    • Yes.
  16. How do I order a gift subscription for a friend?
  • Online Orders
    • Go to Engagedmediamags.com, then choose the title you'd like to send as a gift subscription. As you check out, provide your information on the billing part and your friend's info on the shipping part. You can pay it through Paypal or using your Credit Card.
    • Inserts
      • Check the indicated box to send a gift subscription and provide both the billing and shipping address. Check box if you’d like to receive a bill or you can enclose check for payment.
      • Phone Order
          • Simply provide your name and your address as the gift-giver and your friend’s name and address where we will send the magazines. You may use any type of credit card you have for payment or you can send us a check as soon as you receive the bill.
