Q1. What devices can I use to read a digital magazine?
-Computers running Windows, Apple OS or Linux

Q2. How do digital subscriptions work?
Each magazine has its own individual app so you will want to check and make sure your device is supported, not all digital magazines support all electronic devices. The product description pages for each of our digital magazines include information on which devices are supported.
After you subscribe to a digital magazine on our website, you will receive email instructions with your log in credentials within 2 working days on how to download the magazine’s app on your electronic device and access to it. You will then need to login to your account in the App and your current issue should be waiting for you to read. As new issues are released, they will arrive on your device through your magazine app.

New issues of digital magazines are delivered when the print editions are published and usually arrive early in the morning depending on the publisher’s release schedule. Digital editions will be received well in advance of the print versions since they are available immediately after their release.
Q3. Can I purchase just a single copy of the digital magazine?
Yes, single digital issues are available to purchase only through the Apple, Android and Kindle apps.
Q4. Can I get the back issues of the digital magazines?
Yes, back issues can be purchased through Apple, Android and Kindle apps.
Q5. Can I give digital subscriptions as a gift?

Q6. Should I register when purchasing single copies through iTunes?
Yes, we recommend that you register for several reasons. First, if you register and set a login and password, that will enable you to view your issues on iTunes, Android, and Kindle apps as well as on your desktop computer. Otherwise, your issues will only be viewable on the device through which you made the initial purchase.
Secondly, registration identifies you to the publisher so that we may send renewal notices and other special offers via email, and it establishes a more traditional publisher/reader relationship.
Q7. How do I view a digital issue on my PC or Mac computer?
After you sign up for a digital subscription, log into your account by clicking here with your email and password previously set up with our subscriptions department. Click on "My Magazines" in the left column and then on the cover image of the issue you want to view.
Q8. How do I view a digital issue on my mobile device like a tablet or phone?
Reading the digital issues on mobile devices require specific Magazine App for the best viewing.
Q9. What do the Apple and Android apps do?
Digital Apps allow subscribers to view the exact same content as the print version, optimized for a variety of mobile devices as well as traditional computers. In this way you can enjoy the same periodical delivery as print subscribers in this new electronic medium. You will be able to search terms, link directly to web addresses and much more in the digital format.
Q10. How do I know when a new issue arrives?
If you have purchased a digital subscription you will receive notification via email.
Q11. Can I get access to the full digital archive earlier than my subscription’s starting issue?
Only if you purchase those issues as single copies through one of our Apple, Android and Kindle apps.
Q12. So the digital subscription works with all the listed mobile devices and my Desktop computer?
Yes. The login credentials for your digital subscription will also allow you to view the issues you have purchased on an iPhone, iPad, Android tablets and mobile devices as well as Amazon Kindles when using the apps mentioned earlier and on your desktop computer.
